Terms and Conditions for CDFI Pilot Project Survey
Evaluation of the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Pilot Project.
WestWood Spice has been engaged by the Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) to evaluate the effectiveness of the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Pilot Project. The CDFI pilot project seeks to build the capacity and resilience of individuals who would normally be excluded by mainstream lending programs. It seeks to attract investment and inject funds into community finance organisations for these purposes.
Westwood Spice is surveying clients of CDFI pilot organisations across Australia. Clients who complete a survey are eligible to win a voucher. The Terms and Conditions for the draw to win a voucher are as follows:
Terms and Conditions for CDFI Pilot Project Survey
CDFI clients who take out a loan during the pilot and return the survey forms provided by the CDFI to WestWood Spice (WWS) will automatically enter into a draw to win a Coles and Myer Group voucher (each valued at AUD $50). There are two different surveys and 20 prizes of $50 are offered (allocated as 10 for survey one and 10 for survey two). Clients are invited to complete both surveys, the second about three months after the first.
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms & conditions is invalid.
- The Promoter is WestWood Spice (WWS) of 21a Elliott Street Balmain NSW 2041
- Entry is open to CDFI clients.
- Entrants can complete either or both surveys.
- If they complete both survey one and survey two they have two chances to win a voucher.
- Clients may only complete each survey once.
- WWS reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who subverts or attempts to subvert the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these terms & conditions.
- The survey and associated prize draw commences at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 21 November 2011 and closes at 5pm AEST on 13 April 2012. Survey one will take place on 18 April 2012 and 10 randomly selected respondents will be drawn. The draw will take place at 21a Elliott Street Balmain, NSW 2041. Details of Survey two draw will be advised at a later date.
- Prize is a Myer Group voucher valued at AUD $50.
- Prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
- Prize value is correct at time of publication, but no responsibility is taken for any variation in the value of the prize.
- WWS will not be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage to any prize after it has been awarded, or for any injury that results directly or indirectly from this promotion.
- If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond WWS's control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, WWS reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. WWS may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
- WWS is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information, caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.
- Winners will be telephoned and advised and their address details checked. A voucher will then will be mailed to the winner.
- WWS will make all reasonable effort to contact each winner. If unable to contact winners, a redraw will take place. Prizes will not jackpot.
- WWS's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
- WWS can amend the terms & conditions of the prize draw without prior notice.
- By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms & conditions.
