HealthOne Governance Projects
In 2009-10, WestWood Spice was engaged by NSW Health to assist in developing an approach to governance for HealthOne services across NSW. In 2009, the NSW Government indicated its commitment to establishing a number of HealthOne servcies in NSW in the interests of improving coordination of health care through collaborative service arrangements and co-location of Community Health Services, general practitioners, speciality clinics and other health-care providers.
WestWood Spice was engaged by NSW to faciltiate the development of governance approaches and potential structure for these services.

Good Governance Projects
In 2011, WestWood Spice was engaged to work with the boards of five small, non-government disability service providers to improve their understandng of the principles of good governance and their roles and responsiblities as board members. For the most part, this involved facilitation of workshops at which there was discussion and presentations on various governance issues and identification of the compentencies required of members of boards.
